Preparing For Your Appointment

If it’s your first appointment, complete the Client Information Form
Review all policies regarding COVID-19
Plan for the appropriate time length of the appointment (as listed in your Confirmation email)

Avoid any caffeine as this can cause jittery eyes and restlessness during the appointment, making it difficult to provide the service effectively. Jittery eyes during a lash service may affect the application, ultimately affecting the retention.
Arrive on time, with no make-up on*
Contact lenses should be removed for lash appointments. Please bring your contact lenses case with you, if applicable.
For lash extension fills, a minimum 40% of lashes must remain in order to obtain the fill price. Any less will result in a full set price
Note that fills will not be done on work done outside of KALOLOGY. Instead, a removal and full set will be done & charged accordingly. All KALOLOGY Artists are all more than willing to fill each others’ work.
*Arriving with makeup on may affect the retention of the lash extensions or the results of the lash lift

Avoid trimming the brows
Stop using products containing the following:
AHA (Alpha Hydroxy Acid)
Glycolic products
RetinA, Renova, Accutane or any skin-thinning products
Please change your appointment if you are experiencing any of the following in the brow area:
Sunburn
Ultra-sensitive skin
Wounds or active acne
*Arriving with makeup on may affect the results of the brow lamination

Hair in the treatment area should be about 2 weeks since last shave or 4 weeks since the last sugaring/wax appointment
Arrive with treatment area cleansed & exfoliated
Avoid wearing products on the treatment area
No deodorant
No lotion
No oils
