Preparing For Your Appointment

  • 📝 If it’s your first appointment, complete the Client Information Form found in your emails

    📃 Review all policies regarding COVID-19

    ⏳Plan for the appropriate time length of the appointment

    • Lash Extensions

      • Full Sets up to 3.5 hours

      • Fills up to 3 hours

    • Lash Lifts up to 1h45m

    • Brow Treatments up to 2 hours

  • 🛑☕️🍵 Avoid drinking caffeine as it can cause jittery eyes and restlessness, making it difficult to provide the service effectively. Jittery eyes during a lash service may affect the application, causing poor retention.

    🕰️ Please arrive on time to make the most of your scheduled time

    🧼 Avoid wearing make-up around the eyes especially mascara/eyeliner*

    👓 Contact lenses should be removed for lash appointments. Please bring your contact lenses case with you, if applicable.

    👌🏼 For lash extension fills, a minimum 40% of lashes must remain to be considered a fill. Any less can result in a full set price.

    🚫 Please note that fills will not be done on work done outside of KALOLOGY. Instead, a removal and full set is done & charged accordingly. Please book the appointment as a full set + removal to ensure the appropriate appointment time is scheduled.

    *Note that arriving with makeup on may affect the retention of the lash extensions or lash lift

  • 🕰️ Please arrive on time to make the most of your scheduled time

    🧼 Avoid wearing make-up around the brows

    ✨ Plan ahead: note that it's recommended to avoid getting the brows wet for the first 24 hours after the appointment

    🛑 For the 3 weeks prior to the appointment

    • Avoid trimming the brows

    • Stop using products containing the following:

      • AHA (Alpha Hydroxy Acid)

      • Glycolic products

      • RetinA, Renova, Accutane or any skin-thinning products

    🗓️ Please change your appointment* if you are experiencing any of the following in the brow area:

    • Sunburn

    • Ultra-sensitive skin

    • Wounds or active acne

    ❗️*Note that brow lamination cannot be done if you are experiencing any of the above. Coming to your appointment with any the above around your brows will result in an appointment cancellation and cancellation fees will be applied.

  • 🪒 Hair in the treatment area should be about 2 weeks since last shave or 4 weeks since the last sugaring/wax appointment

    🧼 Arrive with the treatment area freshly cleaned

    🧽 Exfoliate 2 days before the appointment. Avoid exfoliating 24 hours before the appointment.

    🚫🧴 Avoid wearing products on the treatment area

    • No deodorant

    • No lotion

    • No oils
