Policies

Please note these policies apply to all appointments with KATE, NYSSA & GABRIELLA. All other Artists operate as their own individual business. When booking with our other Artists, it is the client’s responsibility to review the individual policies of their scheduled Artist. These policies will be provided in your emails.

Booking Policies

  • All appointments must be confirmed using either a credit card or a 50% non-refundable deposit.

    Deposits can be paid via cash, Interac e-Transfer, Debit, Visa or MasterCard, and are applied towards the balance of the appointment.

    When credit cards are held on file, the full amount is payable at the appointment. The credit card on file is only charged in the occurrence of a last-minute* reschedule, cancellation or no show.

    *Last Minute = less than 3 days (72 hours) notice

  • Reminders are sent out via email 2 days before each appointment. Ensure the email address kept on file for you is always up to date.

    Please provide a minimum of 3 days notice for any appointment changes (cancellations or reschedules). Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the loss of the deposit paid, or a 50% charge to the credit card on file.

    In the event that the credit card on file isn’t valid at time of payment, an invoice will be sent to the email address on file. This invoice is payable upon receipt.

    No shows will be not be tolerated and will not be rescheduled.

  • We understand that sometimes, life happens, and you may be running a little late. Please notify us if you may be a few minutes late. The appointment will still end as originally scheduled.

    Given the time-sensitive nature of our services, if you are over 15 minutes late for the appointment, the appointment will be need to be cancelled or rescheduled. This last minute appointment change will result in a 50% charge to the credit card held on file.

  • Payment types accepted are: Debit, Visa, MasterCard and Cash. All service prices are subject to GST. All products and services are non-refundable.

  • We ask that you self-monitor before each appointment.

    If you are experiencing any COVID-like symptoms, please contact me to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

    • Please attend your appointment alone and avoid bringing any guests.

    • We ask that you please reschedule if you’ve tested positive within 5 days of your scheduled appointment.

    • Please arrive on time and refrain from arriving more than 5 minutes early, as we keep doors locked between clients.

    • If we suspect any client to be symptomatic, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.

    • Hand sanitizer will be available at the entrance.

    • Given the close proximity required during appointments, masks are highly recommended but optional for all appointments.
