The beauty industry has always intrigued me, ever since my role as a Spa Receptionist. I loved seeing how getting pampered would boost the clients’ confidence and spirits.

Over the past couple years, my love for the industry has continued to grow exponentially while I navigated through the many different services. I pride myself on being able to take my knowledge with my Business Diploma, and apply it to Kalology Lash Lounge.

I was thinking of a work opportunity that would be flexible to balance while being in school. The personal care service industry was the perfect option. It’s fulfilling to make someone feel refreshed and pampered with the services I provide. Outside of my time at Kalology, I am a practicing Physiotherapist, I love trying new food and drinks, travelling, and spending time with family.

On top of being in school full time trying to finish my undergrad, I knew I always wanted to pursue something in the beauty industry.

After a few months of doing some research, I felt that sugaring was the one that stood out to me and suited my interest at best! After my first experience getting sugared I felt so clean, confident and happy. It made me excited to learn a service that leaves my clients feeling the same way!

Aside from sugaring and brow lamination I currently work full time as a Surgical Office Assistant in Plastics.

If I’m not sugaring or working, I like to binge horror movies & rom coms, travel, go to concerts, and spend time with family and friends.

After the first time I had my own lash extensions done, I fell in LOVE. Something about the feeling you get after a new set… From that moment, I knew I wanted to learn. After many years of consideration and lots of research. I took the leap of faith. I’m so glad I decided to. It’s been so rewarding to perform and to continue learning my craft.

Aside from being a part time junior lash artist, I also work full time as a surgical office assistant with the department of general surgery.

For free time I love to spend it with family and friends. Whether it’s travelling, camping or trying new restaurants or coffee shops (you can find me doing all of the above).

The very first time I got lash extensions was for my high school graduation. I was amazed with how you lay down, take a nap then you wake up to beautiful lashes.

When I’m not lashing, I love playing video games! My boyfriend got me into gaming during the pandemic. I love how I could still chat and catch up with friends even with how isolated the world was at the time.

Since a young age, I've always been into all things beauty (makeup, brows, nails,...) but getting lashes done is the new thing for me.

The art of lash extensions caught my attention. I was so curious about it because it was so popular on social media, and I love how lash extensions can transform one's look, so I decided to register in a lash extension course.

When I am not lashing, I enjoy cooking, spending time with my family, and travelling.

For years and years I always got body sugared. I always had an interest in learning how to sugaring. In 2018, I just went for it! This journey eventually led me to becoming a nurse injector. With the experience I had owning a small business the transition to adding Medical Aesthetic was easy.

I work at St Boniface Hospital as a surgical and GI nurse. I have a 5 year old son and 2 year old daughter who keep me busy! I have an awesome husband who has been supporting my ideas and adventures

I've aways looked to expand my knowledge and career further. I also was interested in going down an entrepreneurial path and am able to do this along with my passion for nursing!

Outside of my business, I also work in the hospital part time. I enjoy spending time with my husband and 2 children who keep me very busy. I enjoy spending as much time outdoors in the summer as possible whether it’s lounging by the pool, taking the kids to the park or heading out to the lake.
