
MedSpa Booking Policies
Please note that these policies apply when booking with Krizel, Mary, Christina and/or Tricia only.

All appointments must be confirmed using a credit card.
When credit cards are held on file, the full amount is payable at the appointment. The credit card on file is only charged in the occurrence of a last-minute* reschedule, cancellation or no show.
*Last Minute = less than 24 hours notice

Reminders are sent out 2 days before each appointment, via email and/or text. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all contact information kept on file is always up to date.
Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment changes (cancellations or reschedules). Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a $40 fee charged to the credit card on file.
In the event that the credit card on file isn’t valid at time of payment, an invoice will be sent to the email address on file. This invoice is payable upon receipt.
No shows will result in a $60 fee charged to the credit card on file.

We understand that sometimes, life happens, and you may be running a little late. Please notify us if you may be a few minutes late.
Given the time-sensitive nature of our services, if we are unable to complete the service within the scheduled timeframe, the appointment may need to be cancelled or rescheduled. In this case, a fee may be charged (See Appointment Changes).

Payment types accepted are: Debit, Visa, MasterCard and Cash. All service prices are subject to GST. All products and services are non-refundable.
