  • ✓ Complete the Client Intake Form found in your emails.

    ✓ Review all policies here

    ✓ Plan for the appropriate time length of the appointment

  • 5 Days Before:
    ✓ Avoid any aspirin, NSAIDs, supplements of fish oil, vitamin E, and St John’s wort. This is to lower the risk of bruising and bleeding at the injection site

    On The Day Of Your Treatment:
    ✓ Avoid alcoholic beverages & green tea
    ✓ Avoid waxing, bleaching, tweezing or hair removal creams in the area of treatment
    ✓ Avoid make up on the day of treatment

  • 5 Days Before:
    ✓ Avoid any aspirin, NSAIDs, supplements of fish oil, vitamin E, and St John’s wort. This is to lower the risk of bruising and bleeding at the injection site

    On The Day Of Your Treatment:
    ✓ Avoid alcoholic beverages & green tea
    ✓ Avoid make up on the day of treatment

  • ✓ 2 Weeks Before: Avoid neurotoxins and dermal filler appointments

    ✓ 1 Week Before: Avoid shaving, laser treatments, peels, waxing or harsh exfoliations

    ✓ Let your skincare specialist know if you

    • are on any medication (topical and/or oral)

    • have any medical conditions

    • are being treated by a physician for any conditions

    • have been diagnosed with cold sores or Herpes simplex

  • ✓ 1 Month Before: Discontinue steroid injections

    ✓ 2 Weeks Before: Discontinue systematic steroids

    ✓ 1 Week Before: Discontinue any blood-thinning herbs or supplements

    ✓ 5 Days Before: Discontinue anti-inflammatory medications

    On The Day Of Your Treatment:
    ✓ Eat a full, healthy breakfast & drink plenty of water.
    ✓ For PRP hair treatment, arrive with freshly washed hair.

  • ✓ 6 Months Before: Any use of isotretinoin (Accutane) should be done for minimum of 6 months before a SkinPen appointment

    ✓ 2 Weeks Before: Avoid chemical peels, retinol, face lasers, tanning, neurotoxins and fillers

    ✓ 24 Hours Before: Avoid sun exposure

    ✓ Reschedule your appointment if you

    • are currently experiencing a sun burn

    • have an active breakout, cold sores or open lesions
